A story told in chapters
The catalogue is a science-fiction world. Releases such as First Signal, Monolith, New Light and Accretion are connected by a story told in four chapters:
- First contact across the void — a disciplined, relativistic rhythmic lattice is caught by radio observatories.
- The gravity well and the horizon — the signal is a gravitational pull towards a spinning black hole.
- The higher-dimensional dawn — consciousness crosses a folded wormhole bridge.
- The awakening of the supermind — a colossal geometric monolith stands at the centre of the dimensional fracture.
The related project Nocterion documents humanity's passage through the Universal Rift, translating event-horizon physics and synthetic consciousness into dark, high-velocity drum & bass. The inaugural release, URIFT001 First Signal (Original Mix) by Nocterion, is available on Bandcamp and the official streaming services.
