Refund policy

How refunds, cancellations and chargebacks work.

Last updated: 7 October 2026. Draft — pending review by the site operator.

This policy explains how refunds work for paid Spicanet Products. spicanet.net itself does not process payments: purchases happen on a Product's own website or in its app, and the checkout shows who processes the payment.

1. Who handles your refund

You paid through Request a refund from
Creem, Paddle or Lemon Squeezy Their customer-support page linked in your receipt email — or contact us and we will request the refund for you.
PayPal Contact us first; you can also open a dispute in the PayPal Resolution Center.
Apple App Store Apple, via reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple decides and processes the refund.
Google Play Google Play, via your order history. Google decides and processes the refund.

2. Our refund promise

Unless a Product's page states a different policy:

  1. 14-day money-back guarantee on a first purchase of a subscription or one-time digital product bought outside an app store. Ask within 14 days of the purchase date.
  2. Renewals: if you were charged for a renewal and did not mean to continue, ask within 7 days of the renewal charge and we will refund it if you have not meaningfully used the new period.
  3. Duplicate or mistaken charges are always refunded in full.

3. Cases where refunds may be declined

  • The request is outside the periods above.
  • The account was suspended for breaking the Terms, or the request looks like abuse of the policy.
  • Usage-based costs were already incurred, such as paid AI or compute credits that were consumed.
  • The purchase was a custom service delivered and accepted.

4. Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit rights you have under mandatory consumer law. In the EU, UK and some other places you may have a statutory right to cancel a digital purchase, which can end once you ask us to start delivery and the digital content begins; the checkout tells you when that applies.

5. Cancelling versus refunding

Cancelling stops future charges; refunding returns money already paid. Cancel through the place you subscribed (see Terms, section 6). Deleting an app does not cancel a subscription.

6. How long refunds take

We approve requests within 5 business days. After approval, the payment provider returns the money to your original payment method; banks can take 5–10 business days to show it.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback or payment dispute. We can usually resolve it faster, and a chargeback may lead to your access being suspended while it is reviewed.

8. Contact

Email [email protected] with the Product name, the email used for the purchase, the order number and the date of purchase, or use the contact page.
