Account and data deletion
How to delete your account and personal data.
Last updated: 7 October 2026. Draft — pending review by the site operator.
You can ask Spicanet to delete your account and the personal data linked to it. This page is the deletion route referenced by our privacy policy and by our app store listings.
How to request deletion
- Cancel any active subscription first. Deleting an account or an app does not cancel a subscription bought through Creem, Paddle, Lemon Squeezy, PayPal, the App Store or Google Play.
- Use the in-app option if the Product offers one (usually in account or settings).
- Or email us at [email protected] from the address on the account, with the subject "Delete my account" and the name of the Product.
- We confirm by email, because we must check that the request comes from the account owner.
What happens next
| Data | What we do |
|---|---|
| Account profile, settings and content | Deleted within 30 days of confirmation. |
| Backups | Overwritten on the normal rolling schedule, normally within 35 days. |
| Contact-form messages | Deleted on request. |
| Purchase, invoice and tax records | Kept for the period required by tax and accounting law, with access restricted. |
| Aggregated or anonymised statistics | Kept; they no longer identify you. |
